Perfect to use for weightlifting, the included bar catches can be used to assist while performing squats, dead lifts, curls and more. Use the upper workout bar as an anchor for suspended training products like ab straps and rings or use with resistance bands. Maximum weight capacity of 500-pounds. The CAP Barbell 110 lb Olympic weight set is geared to help you develop upper body strength. This weight set includes a 7-ft; Olympic-style bar (3-piece assembly) and two of each 5, 10, and 25 lb cast iron Olympic grip plates. The weights can be easily added to the ends of the bar or removed in any combination as needed to suit your fitness level. With a 300 lb bar weight limit, you can add more weight as you begin to develop strength (all Olympic/2-in plates will fit).
